This module shows near real-time geomagnetic field data acquired by the OATO magnetometer (Technical OATO Report). The plots display the three components of the geomagnetic field, the total field strength, and the local Dst index derived from OATO data.
The OATO station continuously records the Earth's magnetic field vector. Data are processed in near real time to derive the 3-axis components (Bx, By, Bz), the total horizontal field B_H, and a local version of the Dst index. These measurements allow monitoring geomagnetic variations over time and identifying possible disturbances associated with solar wind conditions.
